Once appointed as your builder we will always work in your interest offering you advice and regular updates of progress. We have a great wealth of experience and expertise and can advise you on best practice and solutions at all times.

To make certain you have full confidence in your project:

    * We will appoint a Project Manager who can be easily contacted.
    * Newbuild Construction provide a fixed price build based on the agreed final specification.
    * All our projects are fixed term and we guarantee a finish date.
    * We will regularly communicate with you and we are flexible on convenient times and dates
    * All payments will be scheduled and are dependent on successful achievement.

As with all our “new builds”, we offer a unique 'completion pack' upon completion of your building project. We believe that after we have finished work it is really important that you are able to easily find out how things work and how you can get the very best out of your building.
