Project 1:
Using innovative design and engineering solutions to a small tapered site, a feeling of great space is achieved at this 1904 property. Two unique areas are located within this property. The front room and hall have original Victorian design features which will be kept intact. To the rear and side of the property lays a modern sleek family living/play area. With underfloor polished concrete floors, glass roof panels and large folding doors to rear garden, this natural light filled extension provides a unique everyday living experience.
